Progress on St. Francis Park affordable housing project
Aerial photos of O'Neill Walsh Community Builders' St Francis Park affordable housing project in Southeast Portland for Home Forward and Catholic Charities with design work by MWA Architects. The O'Neill team is proud to partner on this important project for our Southeast Portland neighbors. The project site is a full city block bound by Southeast 12th, Stark, 11th and Oak. When completed, our building will provide 106 units of affordable housing for our community, including women transitioning from homelessness and victims of domestic and sexual violence.
